Yes, these two organisations (who will eventually merge to become one -
they share the same Web site after all) are apparently the official world
lottery associations, though what sort of power they wield over the various
lotteries in each country is uncertain. The site is available in 4 languages,
which is a nice touch, and I like the ability to find out who is a member
via a search interface (yes, Camelot is).
