Review:
It's tricky for me to check this out properly because it's all in Portuguese,
but this site is possibly the first to cover "totoloto", which is the
Portuguese lottery if this site is to be believed. There's some free lottery
software to download, plus you can buy a couple of other pieces of lottery
software for 5,000 and 3,000 Portuguese dollars I think (whatever that is
in pounds or US dollars !). Perhaps let down by the maintainer's obsession
with animated GIFs and dreaded scrolling status line messages...
