This site describes "Lottery Cracker! 3", which costs
£14.99 (though it's not clear how you order it other than phoning up
their Manchester number !) and appears to be for a PC (though no actual
system specs are mentioned). Strangely, you can download version 2 of the
software for free, which might discourage people from buying the new version.
Also, some of the criteria used to prune out "losing" tickets are dubious -
e.g. "doesn't pick tickets with 5 or 6 odd or even numbers"...hmmmmm.
There's also similar software for the Irish lottery available.
