The average UK prize was £12.75.

At the time of the draw, tickets cost £2.00 each in the UK (2 Euros in non-UK countries) and one Euro was worth 80.80 pence. This therefore meant that 38.40 pence of every UK ticket sold was added to the non-jackpot UK prize pool to compensate.
