This is supposedly a Florida lottery spoof, but if you have a browser that
supports frames and hasn't got the Future Splash plug-in installed,
then you get a couple of white-backgrounded frames with no text whatsoever
in them. I had to do a "View Document Source" to read what a non-frames browser
would see ! The situation is just as bad at the
top level of the site too !
Let's hope this isn't the "Future" of the Web...
