Review:
Matthew has a very comprehensive set of pages about theories behind winning the
lottery and has some software he's written himself to analyse all sorts of
UK lottery statistics (plus he has random ticket generating and
ticket checker software [not a CGI unfortunately] called "TrueFind" which you
can download as well). Sadly, Matthew's site is now woefully out of date
(last update April 1997) and he's even asking people if he should pull the
pages ! I'm still listing the site because the results are only a small
part of what Matthew's put together.
