Review:
Digbeth, in Birmingham, has received £50m
from the Millenninum Commission to set up something called "Millennium Point",
which are four technology centres to built by the year 2000. The whole
development will cost £110m and create 370 building jobs plus a further
1,600 jobs thereafter. Now if only Liverpool would do the same thing...
