Ignoring that distracting animated balls GIF and the irritating JavaScript scrolling
status line, this site allows you to download a shareware copy of their LottoWise
PC software (described in the home page GIF as a "true ramdom (sic) lotto number
generator", which is hardly inspiring). Yes, would you pay $99.95 for a random
number generating program ? Nope, neither would I. Also note that the "online" form
is of the pointless "print it out and fax or snail-mail it" variety.
