Review:
Ted had written a freeware DOS program that lets you record lottery information
such as winning numbers, prize amounts, machines, ball sets and ticket sales
and then displays a frequency analysis. It also includes a random ticket
generator and a ticket checker. Fortunately, there's a downloadable
database of full results you can get from the Web page, although it would
be nice if the program could download this automatically if it detected that
the current one was out-of-date. Another program on the page allows you to
import a comma-separated file into Computa-Picka.
