This might have been a nice idea if a) you didn't have to snail mail to get
your free "Telegraph Card", b) if it wasn't restricted to UK citizens only,
c) you didn't have to share the jackpot with hundreds or thousands of
other people and d) the winning numbers should be available on the Web and
not just in the paper copy of the newspaper. Also note that The Telegraph
newspaper didn't think this idea up - they've shamefully just copied what The
Sun and The Mirror tabloids originally started.
