Well, it had to happen - someone's re-invented the "send $10 in a envelope
to these 6 people" scam into a scratchcard pyramid scheme. Exactly the same
thing applies - only the original people who started the scheme make any
money. I would strongly recommend that you do not enter this
scheme, no matter how tempting it sounds. It may well, in fact, be illegal
(US Federal law prohibits sending tickets through the post).
