Review:
This is a quite well thought-out site with many articles, tips and some US
results. It jumps in and out of frames (i.e. the "Netscape-ised" home page
has frames, but the links on it go to non-frames pages !) which distracts
a little and it only covers the latest results of a few US state lotteries,
but it's a promising start. The links section is quite good and you can
subscribe to the paper version of Lottery News (not sure you need to with the
WWW site available). Oh, the scrolling JavaScript message on the
status line needs a delay in it though - it whizzes past on my machine !
