Review:
There's a ridiculous number of animated GIFs here and he flashes his
e-mail address for no apparent reason. It's still "under construction" (ho hum)
and is asking for money from people to fund lottery videos, CD-ROMs, the
WWW page (not a good advert for it), interactive lottery kiosks, a lottery
pager service and a lottery interactive TV channel (!). I think this is just
someone who thought of a load of lottery ideas, stuck up a Web page about them
and most of the ideas probably won't see the light of day (because they need
major financial backing).
