These are an attractive set of pages (including screenshots) of a
commercial PC Windows program called Visual Lotto. You can download an
evaluation copy for free (not clear what the restrictions of this version
are compared to the commercial one) and also download past databases of
results (although only for the commercial version of the program).
There's now on-line ordering, but only via First Virtual and not directly
via credit card (you can also order the software, which is priced reasonably
at $25, by snail mail).
