Setting up an account with these people isn't too hot - you have to fill
in a form and then print/snail mail it out ! Apparently, there's a concept
of a "team leader" for each syndicate, who creams off 5% of all non-jackpot
winnings - the leader has to sign up 24 people to their syndicate. As is the
case with most syndicate Web sites, this one fails to spell out the exact
costs of purchasing tickets "in real life" and how much is raked off by the
company (although there's an up front "annual handling fee" apparently).
