Review:
This Canadian company are charging $20 a year for a service where they send out
a player's guide (which you can also request for free anyway !). They are
planning to have an on-line ticket checker (ha, I've already got one for the
UK lottery) and their past results just cover the Canadian lottery at the
moment. The links section is a bit sparse at the moment (only two links
last time I checked and one of those is back to me...).
