The draw used ball set 2 in the Arthur machine and the average main Lotto prize was £27.33. One in every 60.8 main Lotto tickets won a prize (=1.64% of players).

If all 13,983,816 ticket combinations were additionally purchased for the main Lotto game, they would have made a loss of £7,337,542.

The prior history of the main Lotto jackpot ticket included 3 wins totalling £30.

The winning number 29 has failed to turn up for 32 consecutive draws, which is the outright second longest such absence in the history of the lottery.
