Comments:

The draw used ball set 9 in the Lotto 2 machine and the average main Lotto prize was £ 5.09. One in every 13.0 main Lotto tickets won a prize (=7.72% of players).

If all 45,057,474 ticket combinations were additionally purchased for the main Lotto game, they would have made a loss of £81,441,496.
