Comments:

The draw used ball set 4 in the Merlin machine and the average main Lotto prize was £37.24. One in every 71.9 main Lotto tickets won a prize (=1.39% of players).
This was the 43rd Super Draw and the jackpot pool was a guaranteed £13,700,000.
If all 13,983,816 ticket combinations were additionally purchased for the main Lotto game, they would have made a loss of £6,450,148.
The prior history of the main Lotto jackpot ticket included 13 wins totalling £130.
In case you're wondering where the "missing" £17,385 from last Wednesday's rolled-over jackpot is, Camelot are now rounding down the rolled over amount to the nearest £100,000 when there's a rollover Super Draw (presumably for publicity convenience). Hence, although it would normally have been a £13,717,385 jackpot prize pool, it was actually £13.7m.
This was the first time that there's been three consecutive Saturday rollover draws.
