Comments:

• The draw used ball set 11 in the Vyvyan machine and the average main Lotto prize was £18.31. One in every 40.7 main Lotto tickets won a prize (=2.46% of players).
• If all 13,983,816 ticket combinations were additionally purchased for the main Lotto game, they would have made a loss of £10,740,155.
• The prior history of the main Lotto jackpot ticket included 11 wins totalling £110.
• The 64th winning number appearance of the number 19 has left the number 13 six adrift at the bottom of the appropriate frequency table.
• Because ticket sales were the second lowest ever for a Saturday draw, it wasn't surprising at all that we had the second lowest 5+bonus, 5-match and 4-match prize pools for a Saturday draw ever as well.
• I matched nothing on either of my two tickets, so I've burned up another two pounds and I'm not talking about a diet either...
• Unclaimed prizes from this week expired at 11.00pm GMT on Thursday 29th November 2001 and have been added to the National Lottery Distribution Fund.
