Comments:
- The draw used ball set T3 in the Excalibur 3 machine
- The average prize was £ 8.92.
One in every 19.4 tickets won a prize (=5.15% of players).
- The prior history of the jackpot ticket included no wins.
- The Thunderball number 6 has become the third
such number to appear
twice since the Thunderball lottery began.
- Four ticket
combinations have now

- The main number pair 01, 30 has become the fifth

- It's the first time that two main number

have appeared in the same draw.
- Ticket sales crashed to their lowest
level to date, but the main lottery rollover and the Winning
Wallets promotion (which surprisingly excludes
Thunderball ticket purchases from the promotion) can't have helped matters.
- This draw had the lowest number of 5-match, 4+Thunderball,
4=match, 3+Thunderball, 2+Thunderball and total
winners to date.
- Unclaimed prizes from this week expired at 11.00pm GMT on Thursday 17th February 2000 and have been added to the National Lottery Distribution Fund.
